Artists Statement
Reef Requiem is a heartfelt tribute to Australia’s magnificent coral reefs; an ode to euphoric memories exploring the Whitsunday Island’s stunning reefs, and soulful memoriam of coral lost to degradation, bleaching and cyclonic impact. Hopeful for a future flourishing from active conservation and celebrating the enchanting coral habitats standing firm.
