The big mouth is representative of the whale shark that scoops the ocean bed for a feed. During its collection, ocean waste can become embedded on the sea floor making food consumption dangerous. Big Mouth is about awareness of ‘Ocean Rubbish’ and our impact on the future of our waterways. This piece is constructed from collected washed-up rope from the shoreline.
